Advance reservations will be charged first night of stay. Upon arrival, remainder of fees must be paid at check in. Specific sites cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation  fee is  $15 + gst, if cancelled 72 hrs ahead of 1 pm date of arrival. If not cancelled 72 hrs in advance, no refund will be issued. No refunds due to weather.

All prices are based on 2 adults or family consisting of 2 adults/ 3 children (under 18). One vehicle per site.

$5/day for extra adult 18 years and older ( $10.00 with vehicle)
$3 /day for extra children.

 No refunds on weekly or monthly rates

Showers are no-coin, that is, included in the price.

Heated swimming pool is a $2 per swimmer daily fee.

Fire pits are no-fee, but wood is priced at  $8.00/bag.

Storage for minimum of 6 months is $25 a month. Yearly storage is available. Temporary storage during open season is $5 nightly.
